Event Details:
Sign-ups are now taking place for the Augusta Curtis Concert Band (ACCB). This concert band is comprised of musicians from middle school through adulthood with at least 2 years of playing experience. The band aims to perform music in a pops concert style, which will be enjoyed by the band members and audiences alike!
The ACCB rehearses every Monday evening at Augusta Curtis Cultural Center (lower level, side door entrance) at 7:00pm. Conductors are Earle Cote & Jeff Caillouette. The Band is sponsored by the Augusta Curtis Cultural Center (ACCC) and plays at least 3 concerts at the the Center, one in the Spring, one outdoors and one at the Holiday time.
The Band was formed to give all levels of players and all ages of players the opportunity and a place to play. The ACCB is available to perform at special events throughout the city and private concerts. Contact Jeff to join or for more info at 203-715-0855 or e-mail .
Admission to most concerts is $5.00 for center & band members family and friends and $10 for non-members. Children under 7 are free.
